If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.

We do not accept returns for customized items or items marked as final sale.

How to Request a Return

Email us at: info@entropywear.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number and a brief reason for your return.

We’ll reply with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, to your original payment method.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for another size or style, please mention this in your return email.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right — at no cost to you.
